the residences of 1428 brickell sales gallery

An experience unlike any other, rooted in the history of Brickell, but focused on the future. In this project you can see the transformation of the magnificent historic Nolan House mansion at 1548 Brickell Avenue into an immersive sales gallery experience that showcases our dedication to providing an exceptional living experience for future residents.

The historic renovation of Nolan House stands as a testament to innovative preservation efforts in the heart of Miami's Brickell district. Undertaking a complete gut renovation of a century-old structure, the project required meticulous planning and engineering prowess. Collaborating closely with structural engineers, a steel framework was ingeniously integrated within the house, safeguarding its delicate exterior terracotta walls. Notably, a daring decision was made to remove sections of the second-floor floor, creating a stunning two-story volume while relocating the staircase to optimize spatial flow. A standout feature of the renovation was the implementation of a double-wall system, ingeniously concealing essential infrastructure such as mechanical, fire protection, and low-voltage systems without compromising ceiling height, thereby enhancing the visitor experience. Carefully curated with the visitor journey in mind, the first floor serves as a welcoming area and project gallery, seamlessly transitioning to support spaces at the rear. Ascending to the second floor reveals a model unit boasting over 150 feet of avant-garde walls, mirroring the panoramic views from the unit, alongside a state-of-the-art kitchen. Meanwhile, the third floor is dedicated to offices and meeting rooms, completing the transformation of Nolan House into a harmonious blend of historic charm and contemporary functionality.
